With long working days, challenging commutes, potential shift working and commitments to family and friends, you’re busy enough already! You need your mortgage application process to be as simple as possible – and to fit around you. You don’t need to be shoe-horned into an inflexible process!
That’s why we take our lead from you. Whatever communication channel works best for you, is fine by us. We’re happy to guide you through your mortgage process by phone, text, email, WhatsApp or even letter! If you are a couple buying together, we often create a WhatsApp group so everyone is involved in the process throughout.
Putting you in control
If a quick WhatsApp on your early train journey into work suits you best, we’re happy to accommodate that. If you prefer a phone call while the children are at school, we’re here to help. But if you’d rather send an email before you log off for the day, that’s fine as well.
Of course, we can’t guarantee that we’ll reply to your midnight text (we do need to get some sleep to keep us on top form for looking after your mortgage application!), but we will respond quickly. And there are some bits of the process which unavoidably require more formal communication, but we keep these to a minimum to make your mortgage as simple as possible.
